On a regular visit to Allison‘s blog I’ve ran into this: The YarmulkeBra
| |
What is a yarmulke?
A yarmulke is the skullcap worn by practicing Jewish men to show their reverence to God. Also known as a kipa.
What is a bra?
A bra is the breast-holding undergarment worn by women to stave off excess jigglage and saggage.
What is a Yarmulkebra?
A yarmulkebra is a bra made of two yarmulkes. No longer are yarmulkes limited to men or heads. You wanted to wear one? Now you can wear two. |
I’m trying to imagine how will I react if I’ll ever passionately undress a girl and find this between me and the hills of happiness. Hmmm… Well, it’s the one bra that will probably won’t be thrown on the floor…
(What’s next, bra’s made of the big kurdish kippa’s?) (hmm, this could actually be interesting…
)
That’s exactly what we have outside rith now. Since Thursday morning the weather in Israel isn’t that great. It expected to be like this the whole weekend and the coming week. Bummer. Alfred, my car, is already covered with so much dust you would think it’s brown.
Anyway, since I have a test on next monday (02.02) Shmulik and me haven’t worked a lot on the game and we’re getting behind schedule. The coming week we’ll work even less as I have tons of stuff to study, which means we’re going to be 2 weeks late on our progress. The current status is that we have almost everything running fine. The only 2 major issues we need to do is add the AI to the game and get the real graphics in. We also need to add the RMS handling code but I’ve already code that code done so it’s only placing it in. Anyway, we’re still looking for a name to our new Game Development Studio. If you happen to have any bright ideas I’m all ears – leave a comment.
Anyway, I’ll return to my table and books. I’ll fill in the past week action later on. Hope you don’t mind me having the webcam running on my while I study. It’s going to be boring – so just look on the rest of the stuff.
Weekend is here again (thank god for Shabbat!) and it is my time to rest. Shmulik and me are reaching the point we’ll have to decide if we’re forming a company or some other legal entity. So far I’ve found IGDA‘s Business Section to be very informative. We have a meeting with the game publishers on Monday where we’ll show them the current state of the game (we’ll have it on Shmulik cell phone and on a diskette, in case they’ll want to test it on other phones). It’s not with the real graphics yet, just place holders, but it still looks nice. I need to start coding the AI soon.
In addition to all this I have an exam on the 02.02 – two weeks from now. This means I’ll have to get into study mode and get all the other activities on low priority. I really don’t want to do a Moed Beit (second date for people failing the test on the first).
The past week was low on going out. Actually it was plain dry. I was at the Molly Blooms on Monday briefly. Met an interesting guy called Earl, from the states, but I had very little time to chat. On Wednesday we’ve watched Far From Heaven on DVD. In ‘we’ I mean Inbalita, my cousin Sagit, my cousin Aviad and myself. The movie was a wise pick by Inbalita, after we couldn’t find Eminem’s 8 mile on the DVD renting machine. (Yea, I know, we switched to a totally different type of movie…)

The nerve.
Seems Chaya Eitan thought the most suitable comment for the prior post is an email by Women in Green calling people to come to this demonstration the right (or should I say EXTREME right) is holding tomorrow. Not the right post, Chaya. Actually it’s not even the right blog!
If you heaven’t heard of the organization, it is a counter organization to the (local) Women in Black. Basically, it’s a so-called women organization that support the outposts in the territories and are located on the extreme right on the political map. (I would like to note I find BOTH organizations too radical. I disagree with both.)
I might oppose many of the Palestinian methods, ways and intentions, but I’m no way fond of the settlers in the territories. As I once stated, during my regularly army service I had suffered more from these lunatics then from palestinians. No way I’m supporting any demonstration you Kahana-guys are holding. If it was up to me most of you were being evacuated from there a long time ago, by force if needed.
I’m willing to debate my opinions, but I’m not going to act as a billboard for you fanatics. I truely hope your demonstration will be a failure as the majority in this country are (more or less)sane as me.
Sorry for some hard language people, but these guys came to my site, it’s not like I’m the one picking the fight.
Been a while from my last post – and not because I didn’t have what to say. Last weekend I wrote a pretty long post but right before saving my browser died on me. I was so annoyed I just left the computer writing nothing. I swore I’m reinstalling Linux on the new computer I’m about to buy.
Anyway, Not much to life except the work on our mobile game. Hopefully, it will not take us much longer to finish it. We’re starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel already. Still, it’s been a nice week. We’ve started the Script Writing workshop at the copywriting course which is really interesting. We’re also became the target of a PR campaign of Yehoshua/TBWA (one of the big advertising agencies). We started getting a little ‘gift’ every time we come. So far we got a Pencil Sharpener and a Condom:
Inbalita and I have stabilized Monday’s evenings as our ‘Molly Blooms Nights’. Live music at the pub, it’s warm, nice people, we usually invite friends (this week Itay and Mirav Shyness joined us) – All in all it’s a great night. The only down side of it is that we usually leave around midnight so I only get to bed around 1 or 2 AM – which means I’m in no condition to start working before 10 AM… But it’s only one night in a week and it’s the only going-out I currently have, so it’s ok. This week we took several pictures while being there but I didn’t have a chance to scan them yet, so these are just wecam shots of the photographs (lousy quality, I know):
