Church into a house

Ok, this looks both cool and creepy at the same time. This couple had bought a church and changed it into a home.

Converting a church into a modern home was a long process for Sally Onions and her partner Ian Bottomley. Click through and see the amazing results…

Type of house: Converted five-bedroom Grade II-listed Georgian church
Location: Kyloe, Northumberland
Purchase price: £92,000
Money spent: £300,000
What it’s worth now: Around £650,000

They’ve made a lovely house. The really creepy thing is that their garden is full of tombstones…

Nothing really special about this at all, I could see the same thing on daytime TV if I wanted too. This thing must be absolute energy eater to heat considering those windows and massive ceilings.

I kind of agree with first poster, its not particular inspired design furnishings-wise, but the fact that they left almost all of the original church fixtures, elevates it way above many other church conversions I have seen. Wow, full of unintended puns. :D
